We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with award-winning consultancy Q5. Asides from being the go-to people for organisational design and effectiveness, the company is taking a progressive, wraparound approach to supporting charitable work. As an organisation focused on strategic change within organisations they are also interested in building social mobility, so the Q5 Foundation has chosen Spark+Mettle as their partner charity.
Q5 have pledged to fund one Star Track co-creator on our 2014-15 fellowship, which means enabling someone aged 18–24 from a less privileged background to go through our six-month, highly individualised personal and professional development programme.
Members of the Q5 team are also offering to volunteer across a variety of roles, from being a heavy-hitting Star Track ‘agent‘, to chipping is an ad-hoc professional expert, to providing behind-the-scenes organisational support. In addition we are working with Q5 to secure a summer internship for one of our alumni.
We are staggered by the range of support Q5 are willing to give us, and we hope that they will be the game-changers who will help us forge a new path for similar partnership opportunities with other progressive organisations.
